I’m a Colombian living in Barcelona since 2018. People around me often describe me as present, empathetic, and always willing to listen. I consider myself fun, sweet, honest, and responsible. I value authenticity, express my feelings with care, and, when necessary, offer my perspective respectfully.
My motivation to become a psychologist began in my teenage years during my parents’ separation. Therapy became a safe space where I could talk about my feelings without fear of judgment, making me realize the importance of having such spaces for expression. Over the years, I’ve learned how crucial it is to ask good questions and understand the emotional burdens we carry. My work is based on principles like respect, acceptance, empathy, responsibility, non-violence, and authenticity.
