Receive close and personalized support, where body, mind, and emotions are integrated into the therapeutic process. Together, we’ll explore new ways of understanding and well-being, tailoring each session to your needs on this journey.

I offer individual therapy sessions both online and in person, designed to accompany you in your process of self-discovery, transformation, and personal growth. This space is created for you: a safe, respectful, and judgment-free environment where you can explore your emotions, thoughts, and experiences at your own pace.

In-person sessions take place in a warm setting within my home, surrounded by plants and the calm presence of my dog, Ona. Online sessions are designed to offer you the same closeness and connection from the comfort of your own space.

My therapeutic approach combines principles of humanism, Gestalt therapy, and Internal Family Systems (IFS), gradually integrating techniques from sensorimotor psychotherapy to explore the connection between the body and emotions. Together, we’ll work with empathy, respect, and authenticity so you can accept yourself and live from your true self.
