Share, Reflect, and Grow Together in a Supportive Space

Group therapy offers a unique environment for personal growth, where you can share and reflect alongside others who are also on a journey of self-discovery and transformation.

In this space, we work from a foundation of acceptance, respect, and deep listening, following an approach inspired by Rogerian therapy. It’s not about judgment, but about building a safe environment where each person can express themselves freely, explore their emotions, and discover new perspectives.

If you’re seeking connection, support, and a space where you can be heard and understood, group therapy might be for you.

Group Size

Between 7 and 12 participants.

Duration

12 weekly sessions, each lasting 2 hours.

Facilitation

Depending on the group size, you’ll have my guidance and the collaboration of a guest therapist.
