I offer a humanistic and integrative approach, centred on the person, their story and their body. I rely on tools from body psychotherapy, art, therapeutic writing and mindfulness, adapting each process to the unique needs of the person who comes to me. I believe in the inner wisdom of every human being and in the capacity we have to heal ourselves when we feel accompanied, seen and listened to.

If you feel you are going through a difficult time, if something is weighing you down, confusing you or you just want to know yourself better, therapy can be a safe space for you. You don’t need to ‘hit rock bottom’ to seek support. Sometimes the body, dreams or emotions are asking us to stop, listen and take action. Therapy is a gift you give yourself to grow, heal and live with more presence.

The first session is a welcome meeting, where I invite you to tell me what brings you to therapy, and together we explore your needs, rhythms and goals. There is no judgement or pressure. I am interested in creating a space where you can feel confident, little by little. You set the pace.

Each session lasts 60 minutes. The ideal frequency is usually once a week, especially at the beginning of the process, as this allows us to sustain the emotional work and create a deep therapeutic rhythm. Over time, depending on how you are feeling, we can adjust the frequency.

Yes, confidentiality is fundamental to my practice. Everything you share in session stays between us, unless there is a serious risk situation for you or others, in which case I would communicate this to you in full transparency. The therapeutic space is safe, caring and ethical.
